This is a quick Total Body routine. You are going to be using your body weight combined with dumbbells. Doing these moves slowly and remembering to really focus on your core. Your core is going to stabilize you throughout. You can always do the Plank Row on your knees to modify. Also, be advised use the weight that keeps you having perfect form for this move too.
