This is a workout to lose belly fat that is only 12 minutes long, but it will reduce belly fat in conjunction with a healthy eating plan. This has just 4 exercises. You will do each of the exercises for 3 rounds: 50 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Since there are 4 exercises the entire workout is 12 minutes. If you are a beginner, try out all the exercises first before attempting the entire workout. If you are more advanced, do the routine 2-3 times through for a total of 24 minutes or 36 minutes.

1) Burpees (3 minutes straight)
2) Medicine Ball Lunge w/Jump Squat (3 minutes straight)
3) Elevated Reptiles (3 minutes straight)
4) Jump Rope (3 minutes straight)
