There are so many different ways to lose weight. They range from, the master cleanse to an actual sustainable lifestyle change. I am sure most everyone has participated in something on either ends of this spectrum, and most definitely something in between.
There are absolutely main things that can help you to maintain a healthy eating and fitness program that will get you the goals you are aiming for. Bottom line is food and nutrition are approximately 80% (most likely more) to your key to successful, long term weight loss. I will let Amy Jo finish up with her tips.
