My grandma Maria is from Spain. She makes the most amazing paella and empañadas. Besides pizza, pb&j and salads, that’s what I grew up eating. I remember requesting empañadas and pizza for my birthday parties from the moment I could make requests. Go figure!
I’ve had a tough time finding recipes that taste as good as grandma’s, however, I did find this one that takes an Argentinian angle on the empañada. Hope you like it as much as I did!
