The key to burning fat is gaining muscle. Lean muscle is sexy and strong. It’s not about a low number on the scale or being super skinny. The goal is to shape the body you have to its leanest, meanest and strongest ever. Stay with it. Working out is fun and it isn’t always pleasant – push through it, you can do it.
This is a tough workout, know that there are always modifications.
Here are the moves:
Part 1
1) Half Pistol with Three Pulses and a Kick Up (Right Leg)
2) Half Pistol with Three Pulses and a Kick Up (Left Leg)
3) Reptile Pushups from the Ground
Repeat the above exercises 2x
Then do 200 High Knees
Part 2
1) Pushup Hold With 2 Kicks
2) Scissor Legs
3) Pop Up Pushups
Repeat the above exercises 2x
Then do 200 High Knees
