Fight Gravity and Lift Your Breasts!

By the laws of gravity our bodies change as we age. I think you know what I am referring to. There is only so much we can do. Here are 4 awesome exercises to increase the muscle mass in your chest which will firm and lift your bust region. You will want to repeat this series of moves 4 times with reps of 8-12 depending on your fitness level. Don’t be afraid to go for a heavier weight either.

 

Here are the exercises that will help you with how to lift the bust:

1) Alternating Dumbbell Chest Press
2) Incline Stability Ball Chest Press
3) Chest Flies
4) Narrow Chest Press
