A slight turn or variation to the basic move will work your muscle in a different way, which will, with consistent work, tone, lean and strengthen your arm – you will see the difference, when your muscles starts to pop! Strong is where it’s at, so get at this one! Finish this up with a quick cardio routine, and you should be ready to go!
