Hotel or Dorm Room Workout

If you are making excuses based on space, your excuses have simply run out. No more flaking on a workout because of limited area! This workout is a great routine that is perfect for dorm rooms, hotels, well, really any place at all.. These 6 exercises can be done anywhere, regardless of how much space you have. 

For each of the 6 exercises in this routine, you’ll do 50 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest before moving on to the next exercise. If you are a beginner, shoot for 1-2 rounds of this hotel room workout. If you are more advanced, you can try for 3-4 rounds of this workout for small spaces.

Here are the moves:

1) Jump Squat w/Side Lunge
2) Inch Worm Push Ups
3) Bicycle Crunches
4) Double High Knees
5) Jump Forward Jump Back Jump Up
6) Shoulder Taps
