My favorite food of all time. Pizza. And I make healthy versions of this delightful item a few times a week. Here is a variation that I hadn’t done in a while, however, with football starting this past weekend…I figured why not! This is a fun, easy and fast way to make a delicious pizza. I bought the dough, and all the veggies that I wanted to add – honestly that’s the toughest part of this whole meal! It was so good, drizzled with olive oil and red pepper flakes right before serving! I also like to top the pizza with greens – arugula is always super nice because of it’s peppery flavor.
