The Squat. Been around for basically ever. Also, one of the most effective moves to tone your lower body and shape your booty. How many variations are you familiar with? We found a few here that we hadn’t seen before, and we like to think of ourselves as super smart in the subject of fitness. It’s always nice to learn something new kids!
