Tabata for Legs! It’s Brutal

Don’t let the “Brutal” nature of this workout have you deciding to avoid it! When you hear terms such as this in reference to a fitness adventure, we say, Run to it! Why the heck not?! Difficult and challenging workouts should be an adventure. You have been hitting the gym, and weights for quite a while now, so think of this as the next step in your fitness level. If something gets too difficult, you can always modify.

Here is what you are getting:

4 blocks, 4 minutes each, with 2 exercises per block.
