Want A Lower Back? Look No Further!

A lower sexy back is something I work hard to achieve.

I need my back to be strong because I have had lower back issues off and on for years. The running I was doing certainly wasn’t helping.  I make a conscious effort in my workouts that I do, that I take the time to zero in on my lower back. I had a real problem 4 years ago and again last year with my lower back which side lined me basically from everything. Trouble moving, sleeping, walking, no ability to exercise, and I will not let that happen again. Hence this routine.
