Sure there are plenty of workouts that require weights, bands, mats etc. Often times we forget that we can get a great workout in using our body weight. Some of the most difficult workouts I’ve done have been body weight only. It’s all plyometrics and short bursts of incredibly intense work. If you have a heart rate monitor, or other device that calculates caloric burn, let us know your number!
