30 Minute Capoiera Inspired Workout

Want to try a new fun-style workout? Well, we’ve got just the thing for you here! Popsugar has celeb trainer Brett Hoebel bringing us a workout based on capoiera he learned while spending time Brazil. You will be learning new moves here. There are rocking lunge inspired movements with some flowing arms. Your shoulders and arms are going to be fried once you move to the floor with some the Sit Through’s – similar to moves in jiu juitsu. I think you will get a kick out of this routine! Totally different and really fun. I already want to do this again!
