2 Must Do Stretches for Every Athlete

More stretches for you to add into your daily repertoire! I needed these so much and they are helping with my extremely tight hamstrings and IT band. I’ve been doing more cycling as of late and the tightness is starting to add up. I know I should be doing more yoga (I always say that), however, until I find the right studio, learning new stretches has been helping me. I have been going early to the studios where I workout to use a foam roller, and starting this week, I’ve added in these stretches. Let me know if they help you too!
