This is the best way to target your inner thighs. We all want shapely and toned legs, right? Today’s workout is one that will have your legs on fire in a matter of minutes. I love these short combinations because you can put them all together to get an awesome full body workout any day of the week. I like to bookmark my most favorite routines and revisit when I want a quick burn. I also like to do these if I’m in front of the TV or if there are commercials on! It’s a fun little game I play with myself – I have to earn my lounge time. Feels good for the body and mind! Have fun with this one!
