Nail your abs from all angles and get your heart pumping with these killer combo moves. You will need a yoga mat and one dumbbell – I suggest five to eight pounds. This is not an easy routine. There is a modification for each move.
You are going to start with a quick core warm up before getting into the workout. This is a fast moving grouping, stay present and give it your all, total workout time is about ten minutes!

Hollow Body Hold + Angel Wings
High Plank Hold with Row + 2 Mountain Climbers
Proper Weighted Squat + Oblique Twist
Tempo Push-Up + Side Step
High Plank Shoulder Tap + Jumping Climber in & out
Side Plank Reach Through
Burpee + Quick Feet
Forearm Plank Jacks
