This is so cute, fun and easy! I used ground turkey meat instead of ground beef, which really cuts the fat. You can use lean or extra lean, I used 2/3 extra lean and 1/3 lean ground turkey. I seasoned the meat with low sodium taco mixture – next time I may season myself. I also, used pepper jack cheese to give this whole thing a kick. Don’t forget the side of guacamole or avocado. Serve this with a salad to complete the meal. If its for a party, I would bring a platter of chopped veggies on the side. Enjoy!
