I love these moves. They require that you are using your core to the max. There are only three moves in this entire routine. And while reading them, you may presume this looks easy enough. I am continually surprised at how challenging moves can be that I am already familiar with. We all are familiar with Plank Taps, however, they never get easier. That makes me happy. I know I am getting stronger, yet the moves are always hard, meaning there is always room for improvement!
You will do 1 minute of each move. Beginners, go through the routine 1-2 times. Advanced athletes aim for 4-5 rounds.
