Cross-but-not-so-Fit: Fails & Follies

Every now and then it is important to remember that everyone is human, and we all are working towards improving our workout game. Never forget that there are people out there that aren’t pros, that aren’t super fit, and don’t always crush it in the gym (at least not in a good way). Humility is what keeps us humble and hungry to press on, so here is a reminder to cherish the work you’re putting in and the importance of taking it slow!
