10 Minute P90X3 Workout!

If you’ve never tried any of the P90X series of workouts you are missing out. It’s been a few years since I did the entire series, but when I did, it was my foundation to getting back into shape after I gained 12 pounds and stopped training all together. This is a full body quick routine you will hit every body part. One of my favorite moves is the long jump/sprint! So much fun! As you continue to use this workout – since it’s only 10 minutes, add it to another routine – how much does your long jump improve? I suspect your legs will get stronger and your distance longer in a matter of weeks! Have fun with this one!
