Cardio Blast Done Right!

Boom, cardio with no running! Do this anywhere without any equipment. Give it your all – the five rounds will take about 15 minutes total. If you have a heart rate monitor, wear it. I am curious too see how many calories you burn. I suspect based on your fitness level and exertion you should be about 130-150 calories. These are full body HIIT inspired moves so your heart rate will be up from the get go. Let me know your total calories burned!
