Quick Sweat Cardio

These are all body weight exercises – so have fun you don’t need anything but little old you! If you are short on time and need a quick sweat, why not start off your day – or end it even with this mini routine. Heck you could do this while you are waiting for Costco to open…right?

I love this one, super fun moves that you may have never done before. Remember to be “ALL” in. This is a short routine so maximize your time spent doing each move. Have fun!
