Five minutes is the perfect amount of time to burn your abs – believe me, I did this one earlier today and I’m already sore. I also did five minutes of shoulders, legs and triceps. I will come back to describe those on a different day. Let me tell you, that creating a full workout with short intense focusing on individual body parts is really fun!
