Did you have extra pasta, wine or dessert last night? Not to worry! I’ve got you covered! I had a few too much cheese and crackers over the weekend and have vowed to make up for it by really getting a ton of cardio and strength workouts in this week. I am also going to go to a hot yoga class – we’ll see how that goes! As always get your proper form and keep your core engaged the whole time.
