Say, “Adiós” cellulite!
I know zero women who aren’t concerned about cellulite dimples. Zero! This is a great video that starts out with a warm up you may not have considered doing before. You will need a foam roller. Foam rolling loosens up the muscles and gets the blood flowing which is a great way to start breaking up the fibrous deposits which aid in creating cellulite pockets. You will be targeting you glutes, hamstrings, IT band and quads.
Next the workout! You will have two different Cardio Circuits – which are going to help start flushing out the cellulite. Lots of side to side movements with followed by strength. You will have a fun hop scotch style move – something super fun and kid like! The strength moves are single leg format which are great at building that leg strength you want! Have Fun!
