The key to lean toned arms is a combination of a few things. The first is your diet. Keep it clean and healthy, and drink plenty of water. the second is cardio. Cardio is great for weight loss and overall mental health. Third, lift weights. Sculpting and toning your muscles will give you the long, lean, toned and strong look you are striving for.
Today’s workout uses very light weights, which are are brilliant for the toning. Two pound weights become quite heavy in a short amount of time – crazy right? Remember to keep your core engaged, and shoulders down away from your ears. This routine is one that you can piece together with a legs focused – and abs focused to go give you a total body workout!
