These are 3 REAL dinners that are just simply good for you! Each meal includes a lean protein (usually fish, but you could easily swap for chicken!) accompanied with veggies. These meals are also diverse in their ingredients and flavors, so you won’t get bored easily.
Nikki does add a few simple and easy health swaps (i.e. greek yogurt for sour cream), but nothing outrageous. We love these fresh dinner ideas and think they should definitely be added to your weekly dinner rotation!
