A toned, tiny waist is totally awesome, and perhaps a body area that we may not focus on enough. Today is the today we target our waist! This workout when incorporated weekly will help to eliminate muffin top (diet needs to be adjusted too) while toning and leaning out your mid section.
The plank is a move that is included into so many workouts. You know why? Because it is really tough, and it is very effective when performed properly. Focus on maintaining perfect form even if its only for 10 seconds and work up from there. Plank should never become easy.
