Grab a buddy and get this workout started. I love working out with my friends. Ninety percent of my workouts are with at least one other person or in a group setting. The energy of like minded people together for fitness makes me really happy. You will need some space for this routine, maybe a yoga mat and a chair. You are going to be doing explosive moves and challenging pistol squats. I am currently working on improving my pistol squats which in turn will help me to strengthen my legs. This workout is for all levels, speed up the rest time for you more advanced athletes, and add more time to recover for newbies. Have Fun!
