Recovery Workout!

Ok everybody, today I’ve got a special workout for you! This one I am in! I did this video when I was working for I had to try out for this opportunity – man it was tough, not to mention all of the rehearsals. That said, what I took from this experience is that modifications in workout routines can be challenging. I did the modifications in this video and one other. I was so incredibly sore after the training. It took us 4 weeks of planning and rehearsals and my body changed. I definitely was more toned at the end of the 4 weeks. I am sharing this with you so that if and when you do modifications as you are building your strength know you are doing hard work. Give this one a try and let me know what you think!
