Avocado Whole Wheat Pasta

Ingredients
- 12 oz. whole wheat spaghetti
- 2 avocados
- 1/2 cup basil leaves
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup peas, fresh or canned & drained
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to directions on package. Drain.
- In a food processor, combine avocados, basil, garlic and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Turn on food processor and slowly add olive oil.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, avocado sauce, cherry tomatoes and peas.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
