Here is a short and extremely effective routine that will have your tush burning almost immediately. I am a fan of all of these moves! Especially the Fire Hydrants – do them slowly – they are killer! And probably my most despised move, the Wall Sit! Try extending your arms out straight, and even adding a light set of weights to burn your shoulders out too!
Here are the moves:
Donkey Kicks – 20 each side
Fire Hydrants – 10 each side
Leg Circles – 20 each side
1 Leg Glute Bridge – 20 each side
Kneeling Leg Lifts – 20 each side
Lunges – 20 each side
Squats – 20 total
Squat Pulses – 20 total
Wall Sit – 1 minute – or longer!
