Cardio Booty HIIT Workout

Have you got in the tank to do this routine twice? We know you do. Cardio throughout mixed with butt focused moves. This is intense and it will burn. Watch and learn the moves before you dive in. You’ll do each exercise for 50 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest before moving on to the next move.

Skater Burpee
Double High Knees
Curtsy Lunge Forward Backward Jump
Inside Feet
Two Jump Squats w/4 Mountain Climbers
High Knees
Plank Leg Lifts
Scissor Feet
Scissor Push Up
Double High Knees
Squat w/Quarter Turn
Inside Feet
Donkey Kick w/Jump Squat
High Knees
Plank Jumping Forward/Back
