Cardio Interval Combos!

I recently stumbled upon a new trainer I think you all may like. His name is Daniel Bartlett. He is known for his dvd program that can help to transform your form in 10 weeks.

This workout starts with a warm up then you are going right into your cardio interval combos. It will be 45 seconds on with 15 seconds off. Four rounds then a 30 second break.

1st Interval: High Knees with Jumping Jacks
2nd Interval: Knee Lifts with Fast Feet
3rd Interval: Lunge and Press with Cross Over Skipping
4th Interval: Squats & Hamstring Curl with Punches
5th Interval: Walk Out with Uppercuts
6th Interval: Pulses to Bum Kicks
Followed up by a Cool Down!
