Booty Blast in 5 Minutes!

Glute burner in 5 minutes, OK! This is a routine you can repeat a few times depending on how much time you have and how motivated you are today! Oh yeah, there are 10 different moves you will be doing, in 30 second rounds as many reps as possible. You will need a mat, a heavy weight, set of dumbbells 10 pounds preferably and a something to step up onto. If you decide to repeat the circuit, can you beat the number of reps from last time? This is incredibly challenging. Have Fun!

Lunge Jumps

Lunge Step with Lift Up
Single Leg Hip Bridge Jump
Step Up Side Squat
