You’ve seen their legs on the red carpet and in about every magazine you can imagine. Wearing bikinis, dresses, jean shorts, and always looking toned and strong. Yes, it is their job, but still, we all want those toned legs too! Today we have a short routine that is designed to strengthen and tone your quads and tush.
You will need a set of dumbbells. I say go heavy, because you are working your legs, your biggest muscles, so go big!!
