This bra bulge workout has some great women’s chest exercises and one to help get rid of back fat, too. These bra bulge exercises will strengthen the entire upper body including chest, back, biceps and triceps. To lose excess chest and back fat you can help by strengthening those muscles. There are four exercises in this workout. Do each of the chest exercises for 10-12 reps with a challenging weight, and perform 2 – 3 sets total of each.
