Fresh Flatbread with Tomato, Burrata & Basil
  1. Gluten Free Pizza Crusts - I used Udi's
  2. Tomatoes
  3. Basil
  4. Burrata
  5. Olive Oil
  6. Balsamic Vinegar
  7. Salt & Pepper
  1. Cook the crusts according to the package.
  2. Chop the tomato, remove the seeds.
  3. Finely cut the basil
  4. Add to a bowl and drizzle the tomato and basil with the olive oil, balsamic, salt and pepper.
  5. Once the crusts are done, add the tomato mixture to the top. Now add the burrata.
  6. Serve immediately and Enjoy!
  1. I cooked the crusts on the grill - that's an option too!
