Getting ready for a fun holiday? Here is a boozy cocktail that will take you back to your childhood! Bomb pops were one of my favorite treats to have when the ice cream truck came by. Today it’s taking a grown up version by recreating it into a delicious drink.
There are quite a few layers, it will take a little time to make this. You will also need a blender that will grind ice finely. Have fun, enjoy and be safe!
4TH OF JULY SPIKED BOMB POP
Blue Layer:
1 oz (30 ml) Rum
1 oz (30 ml) Blue Curacao
1/2 oz (15 ml) Simple Syrup
Splash of Lemon Lime Soda
White Layer:
1 oz (30 ml) Rum
2 oz (60 ml) Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz (15 ml) Simple Syrup
1/2 oz (15 ml) Cream of Coconut
Red Layer:
1 oz (30 ml) Rum
2 oz (60 ml) Strawberry Daiquiri Mix
1 oz (30 ml) Coconut Rum
Top off with 2 Bomb Pops (optional)
