30 Day Shred: Level 1

Master trainer Jillian Michaels will kick your booty in this routine. You will have a quick warm up – dynamic stretching – this type of stretching preps the body for sports performance and physical exertion. It will increase your range of motion by increasing blood flow and having your increase your oxygen intake. This method of stretching/warming up dramatically decreases the occurrence of injuries.

You will be burning fat, by combining cardio, strength and abs. Jillian stays on you and insists on being present during this workout. Proper form and giving your all is what she is looking for. You will need a smaller set of hand weights. I would suggest 3-5 lbs. This workout is great for all levels – there are options for super fit and those of you just getting started. Blast your calories and be on your way to getting shredded and ripped! Have fun! This workout is only 25 minutes long so give it 110%!
