No reason to get on the floor with this routine. It’s always nice to have a variation when it comes to ab routines. I prefer standing abs. I find that I am paying more attention and working my core better. Lying down, is lying down – I know. Standing also works your balance! Balance is something you should focus on, it’s one of those things that you will find will improve your overall body feeling. By that I mean, other exercise moves will become more proficiently executed and you will gain strength. Core work is the foundation to a healthy overall body. Core, means core, it is the center of you. Keep it strong and you will reduce the probability of lower back injuries too. Have fun!
