Target: Obliques aka Muffin Tops

You are going to burn those obliques today! This workout will target your midsection and work to banish any overhang that might try to slip out over your jeans, shorts or workout pants. The moves are intense. You will feel it burning and fatiguing in about 15 seconds. As you know I am a big fan of new moves and standing abs – this short video has both! Let me know what you think!

3) Side Plank Hip Dip
4) Side Plank Hip Dip Propped on Couch
5) Elbow Crunches on the Floor
