Whether you travel a lot like me and see the inside of a lot of hotels, or you are working in the house all day, this workout was made for you. It uses bodyweight moves and constant motion to effectively get your heart rate up and blood pumping so that you can smash out a great workout without needing open space, a gym, or a bunch of equipment. Just goes to show that we can all work towards our fitness goals wherever we are.
