Strong Legs & Lifted Booty

Strong toned legs are amazing. Not only do they look good, they enable you to perform better. Upping your workouts to really hit your legs and tush will help with squats, running and lunges to name a few. A by product of strong legs is a lifted and toned butt! Woo hoo! This is a short routine that will get this whole process started. You will need a box.

This routine calls for vertical jumping. Vertical jumps are a great way to fire all of your lower body muscles. This quick and intense move combined with the squat and tuck jumps will have you setting new goals in no time. Have fun!
