Everyone has areas on their body that just seem harder to shift weight or tone muscle. For me, it’s my thighs and stomach (classic, I know). However, what that means is that I need to spend a workout or two each week focusing on those specific areas to really blast the fat and muscle up! That’s where this workout from XHit Daily and trainer Kelsey Lee comes in handy… or should I say “leggy”? Bad bad bad joke. Anyway, the important thing is that this workout isn’t a joke. Using just bodyweight moves, it takes you through a series of fast-paced exercises that target your quads and hamstrings for a complete thigh-and-then-some workout.
