Target: Hips, Thighs and Butt

Denise Austin has been in the fitness world for as long as I can remember. When I worked at, she came into our office for a meeting about a possible collaboration. She looked amazing! It really inspired me and solidified what I already knew, that you can be fit and fabulous at any age.

This routine while short works the lower body to really target tone your thighs. You will need a resistance band – which are affordable and a great piece of fitness equipment to invest in. You can use the bands to work arms too! The moves done in this routine are small and focused. You should feel the burn almost immediately. Give it a try and really listen to Denise’s cues – she knows her stuff. Have fun!
