The best way to really tone your abs is to work all different angles of your entire core. Yes, you can still do your crunches, however incorporating new challenging moves is when you start to see more results. You will need a mat and a set of hand towels for this routine. If you happen to have the “gliding discs” that’s even better. You will be sore after this routine! It’s a gentle reminder that variety is the key to change. Remember to focus and think of the specific body area you are working!
