You wont be resting on the pillows with these three moves! You will need a throw pillow from your bedroom or couch. I’ve been going to more and more barre classes and these are some of the moves we do. I notice that by incorporating these small movement workouts into the weekly routines, I am becoming more sculpted and toned. Yay!
Try and do each one of the moves for 60 seconds each!
