First, you are going to start in a plank position. Be sure to keep your abs pulled in tight . Don’t let your hips drop! Then, jump with your legs and twist in to one side of your body. Now jump back into a plank position. Repeat on the other side to complete one set. Do as many as you can! Sounds easy enough, right? Well, do a few and tell us what you think!
